Rick Goldring announced his candidacy for Mayor of Burlington back in July 2010. With the upcoming election just three months away, a new website was launched, along with a series of ads in the paper, and many more collateral materials to support his campaign. Rick Goldring was officially elected Mayor of Burlington on October 25, 2010.

The One Book One Brampton campaign connects the entire community by encouraging the reading of a commonly shared book. This year’s campaign revolved around the theme of Journeys. The book that was chosen was the Life of Pi by Yann Martel. Aside from creating an identity, promotional materials such as posters, bookmarks, bookbags, buttons and a website were created during the run of the campaign. The theme for the 2009 Crystal Ball was Monopoly. Aside from the recognizable face of Mr. Monopoly, game pieces, money, and tokens were used to reinforce the theme. Many collateral materials were needed to promote the event, including ads, invitation card and a sponsorship kit.

Brampton Downtown Development Corporation underwent an extensive rebranding design towards the end of 2008.
